Sisterhood

Sisterhood is a multi-generational community of women striving to provide an environment of friendship, respect, and intellectual and spiritual growth through social and educational programs and financial support. 

Sisterhood:

  • Gifts B’nei Mitzvah celebrants

Sisterhood expands horizons:

  • Speakers: food, health, politics, Jewish history
  • Trips (virtual and in-person)
  • Author talks
  • Cooking
  • Creative Activities

Sisterhood sponsors ongoing programs:

  • Canasta (Mondays 1p.m.)
  • Mah Jongg (Tuesdays 1p.m.)
  • Fiber Arts (explore embroidery, crochet, knitting, needlepoint)
  • Morning and Evening Book Groups

Sisterhood participates in Tikkun Olam:

  • Cooks for and donates to HOPE food pantry
  • Provides Friday night Shiva Dinners for families in mourning
  • Funded the launch of Beth El’s Green Initiative,
