We are an affinity group dedicated to lifelong learning and to living life with meaning and purpose. Members meet to discuss a myriad of topics. Programs include Zoom meetings, in-person exercise, occasional trips and more.
The SMART group collaborates with DOROT Westchester whose intergenerational volunteers deliver programs and services throughout Westchester county. Added bonus: Beth El Synagogue Center is affiliated with the National Jewish Grandparents Network, a wonderful resource for grandparents of any age.

Monday meetings from 11 am to noon
SMART GROUP IN PERSON
Thursday exercise sessions (balance work, stretching, low impact strength training, chair yoga). Welcome and a nosh at 10 am. Exercise at 10:15 am.
Second Thursday of each month: nosh and exercise followed by a speaker and a catered lunch (donations optional).
