Day Camp Dates: Monday, June 25 - Thursday, August 16, 2018.

Please review the REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICIES and complete the application below. A $500 deposit per child must be mailed (check made out to "Beth El Day Camp") or paid online. If paying the deposit online, please select "Bill to Account" and then the accounting office will contact you via email with instructions on how to make your deposit.. The deposit is neither refundable nor transferable.


Beth El Day Camp is open to all children regardless of race, color or national origin.

1. Members in good standing at Beth El are given priority.
2. Acceptance of Non-Members into the Day Camp will be according to the following priorities:
A) Returning nonmember families; B) Beth El Nursery School families; C) New nonmember families.
3. Submission of this application in no way guarantees acceptance. Final decision on all admissions rests with the Director.
4. No refunds of Day Camp tuition will be granted with the following exceptions. In all cases, a $250 processing fee will be retained by Beth El Day Camp.
A) Withdrawals must be made on or before Thursday, March 1, 2018 to Withdrawals made by this deadline will receive a full refund minus the $250 processing fee. All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing. No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2018.
B) In the case of a child not adjusting to the program so that a parent must withdraw the child, a refund of 50% of the full tuition will be granted up to the end of the second week. No refunds will be granted after the second week. In every circumstance, the $250 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
C) Should a child be dismissed from the Day Camp, the refund will be determined by the Day Camp Board.
D) During the Day Camp season, a parent who withdraws a child for reasons other than being dismissed or not adjusting to the Day Camp will not be granted a refund.
5. Tipping is permitted.

Early Rate: must enroll and pay deposit by Feb. 10, 2018.

Sibling discount: $100 (each) off for 2nd and 3rd child

Beth El Synagogue accepts payments via cash, check (made out to "Beth El Day Camp"), eCheck/ACH (direct withdrawals from your checking or savings account) and credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa).
