To celebrate Israel’s 70th birthday this year, the Westchester community is coming together on Sunday, April 15th, in what promises to be the largest Yom Ha’atzmaut celebration in the county Israel@70. The festival is expected to be the biggest Jewish event in Westchester in recent years, with attendance in the thousands. Not only will we be celebrating Israel’s milestone birthday, but we will be paying tribute to great achievements of our young Jewish homeland.

It will be a daylong festival (12-5pm on the grounds of the Solomon Schechter Upper School) with programs, activities, workshops, music, and of course food at the “shuk”!
