Can you be an usher or a greeter for the High Holidays?

      WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Dear Fellow Congregants,
The High Holidays are quickly approaching and Beth El is looking for volunteers to be greeters (welcoming people once they have entered the building) and ushers (helping facilitate when people can and can't enter the sanctuary and helping members find their seats) for both Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur.
Important: Our volunteer greeters will be positioned inside the building, not at the entrances. Security guards will be checking tickets as a measure of increased security.
Please click here to review the schedule and fill your name in any empty time slot. Please be sure to scroll down when reviewing the time schedule to see all the available times and locations. Both the Kasakove and Main Sanctuary need Ushers, please pay attention to the location you sign up for. Greeters are labeled as "Main Lobby" and "Kasakove" meaning you will stand inside the building at those entrances.

Time slots are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We still need approximately 30 volunteers to fill slots over the course of the holidays.  A great way to start the new year is by giving an hour (or more) to our Beth El community to help our services run smoothly.
Any questions please call the main office at 914-235-2700, ext. 223.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
