I hope you all had a wonderful, safe, and healthy winter break. After careful thought and deliberation, we have determined that for the safety of our students and teachers we will pivot to remote Religious School education for Thursday January 6th and Sunday January 9th. We plan to be back in person together on Thursday, January 13th.
Zoom links for Thursday January 6th and Sunday January 9th are as follows:
Your educators will be in touch with you later this week with more detailed information for each class. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns that you may have.
A reminder of our policies going forward:
If a child is fully vaccinated (two weeks after second dose) they are no longer required to quarantine if they are exposed to COVID. However, if someone in their household has COVID, even if the Religious School student is fully vaccinated, they are required to stay home. Despite this policy change, parents must still contact me if a child has been exposed to COVID. Do not send your child to Religious School without explicit authorization to attend if they have been exposed.
While we have not yet adopted a policy requiring vaccination for 5-11 year olds in our Religious School, we strongly urge you to take your child to get vaccinated. For children who have been vaccinated, please upload their vaccine card HERE.
We look forward to seeing you all as soon as we can safely reopen. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we pivot to remote learning together.
Wishing us all a healthy and safe new year ahead in 2022. All the best,
