Community Hebrew High School Creates Tzedakah Garden

Beth El's Hebrew High School is making the coolest garden ever! We dug up a patch of dirt and planted seeds that, once grown, are going to produce food that can be donated to the Hope Soup Kitchen in New Rochelle. Rabbi David Kosak is in charge of this awesome project and we all feel totally “garden-tastic” for doing this charity work!
The students want to grow fresh fruits and vegetables for those less fortunate. We are all so psyched! As if playing with dirt isn't cool enough—don't be fooled! We really do like gardening, especially donating the crops.
