The American Jewish Committee

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) supports Israel’s security, continued 
existence and international acceptance within the community of nations through extensive and ongoing diplomatic initiatives at the highest levels of government. 
They fight anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry and hatred around the world, provide a balanced perspective on the events in the Middle East, protect the rights
and freedoms of worldwide Jewry, raise awareness among Jews of compelling issues facing the Jewish community and Israel, and work with Congress and the United 
Nations to combat international terrorism. With your support, the AJC will mount an expanded campaign against anti-Israel propaganda, as well as misleading and 
erroneous reporting in the media.

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) Media Bias Campaign team needs your support to:

• EXPAND the frequency and number of AJC radio commentaries now heard in New York, Los Angeles and Washington in include broadcasts in additional cities throughout the United States
• SHAPE public opinion by presenting accurate and timely information regarding the Middle East crisis through the appearance of AJC spokespersons on key national and international television news programs
• MEET regularly with editorial boards of major national and international newspapers and magazines to discuss and evaluate their Middle East coverage
• COMMISSION impartial studies on bias to support AJC efforts to hold the national and international media accountable for false and inaccurate reporting
• PUBLISH forceful yet well-reasoned op-ed articles in support of Israel in major national and international newspapers
• LAUNCH an aggressive and continuing advertising campaign on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people
• DEVELOP the AJC website, www.ajc.org,  into a crucial international, multi-lingual resource for journalists and individuals seeking balanced information on Israel and the Middle East
